Personality:

Nero is the outcast among the dinosaurs. Due to being buried directly beneath the Ultra Element, its power seeped into the soil he was encased in, altering his appearance significantly. As a result, he looks so different from the other dinosaurs that he cannot join any clan. This exclusion has caused him to harbor resentment towards the other clans, leading him to engage in battles and races against their members.

Nero's Design:

Nero retains his skeletal body, but most of his bones are stained black, with only a few white areas remaining. The Ultra Element's energy, which manifests as a glowing purple light or flame, holds his skeletal structure together.
