(1)Definitions

“Art” implies any works of art, designs, and drawings that might be connected to an NFT that you possess.

"NFT" implies any non-fungible, blockchain-tracked token

“Own” refers to an NFT that you have bought or otherwise legally obtained from a reputable source, with evidence of such a purchase being documented on the appropriate blockchain.

“Purchased NFT” means an NFT that you Own.

“Third Party IP” includes any third-party patent rights (including, without limitation, patent applications and disclosures), copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, know-how, or any other intellectual property rights acknowledged in any nation or jurisdiction in the world.
