# Terms of License ## (5) Terms of License: Only a continuation of ownership to the relevant Purchased NFT makes you eligible for the license described in Section 3 above. The license granted in Section 3 will instantly expire with regard to such NFTs without the need for notice, and you will no longer have any rights in or to the Art for those NFTs if you ever sell, trade, donate, give away, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Purchased NFT for any reason.
